Coastal Commons Group is built by a small, multidisciplinary team led by founder Dana Honn, with deep roots in the Gulf South food community. We combine operational know-how, systems thinking, and a commitment to place — working alongside the people who harvest, grow, prepare, and enjoy food to create circular economies that generate economic, environmental, and social value together.
